S.W. King Intermediate

When dropping students off in the morning, please drop them off in front of the gym and avoid driving onto campus whenever possible. We ask this to limit the traffic on campus for the safety of students as they arrive on campus.

When picking up students in the afternoon, please follow the procedure outlined in the graphic and video. Please drive with aloha when on campus, be wary of pedestrians and other cars.
Please check this site for information, resources and other news from the Counseling Department.

This notice is to inform you that King Intermediate School is applying for the 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) grant. If approved, the 21st CCLC program will provide students and their families with academic enrichment opportunities and support services to help meet state and local standards in core content areas.
Our proposed after-school program will include free after-school enrichment and sports activities, as well as academic support. Enrichment and sports activities include classes such as cooking, basketball, flag football, soccer, fitness, arts and crafts, media, dance, photography and more. We will offer opportunities for families and students to engage in family-focused events that showcase student work and performances, as well as provide other educational opportunities for families.
If you have suggestions about this project, or if you would like to review any waiver requests or the application after submission and award, please email wade.araki@k12.hi.us
